This year’s Santa sessions were nothing short of heartwarming, filled with moments that truly embody the spirit of the season. Every tear, giggle, and wide-eyed stare added to the unique charm of these sessions. It’s these raw, unfiltered emotions that make the photos so special.

The space was designed to create a cozy and festive atmosphere, with Santa’s traditional red suit standing out against the simple backdrop of jingle bells and Christmas trees. Each session was a reminder of the joy and connection that the holiday season brings, and it was an honor to be a part of these special memories.

As I look back on these Santa sessions, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to capture such sweet and precious moments. Ohhhh that first baby feeling. You may have known love before birth, but you’ve never known the love of your own child before the moment he or she is placed in your arms.

I’m filled with so much joy to be a part of these early weeks when everything is still so new and raw. And to capture these memories and moments of your babe at their littlest, is priceless.

Thank you baby Carter and your sweet mama and dad for inviting me into these moments!! How sweet is his little surfer boy room? Perfect to grow up in and get ready to catch some waves with dad 🙂

Covid didn’t stop these two – because when life gave them lemons, they made the most amazing lemonade.

Gio and Tiffany had planned a beautiful destination wedding in Mexico with closest family and friends. Plans changed as so many 2020 weddings did, but it didn’t take them long to dream up the dreamiest of weddings at the Inn at Laguna Beach. Still with their closest family and friends celebrating the best day of their lives. So happy to have documented this time for them!

San Diego Newborn Photographer // Baby Everly

Oh these sessions. My heart swoons. Every. Single. Time.

I say it over and over again but the joy that photographing a first born gives me is out of this world. The fingers you longed to count, the hair you waited to stroke, the little body you yearned to hold on in your arms.

That baby is here. And for the first time in your lifetime, your heart is living outside your chest.

These moments are why I photograph. These are the moments you’ll look back on with happy tears, knowing just how exhausted you were, you’ll remember how your body raced with all the post-partum emotions and the extra belly skin that just held your baby. The days (and nights) were so long, but this time was so fleeting. It was so precious. For me, to be a part of this time is such an honor.
