Michael + Lauren // The Darlington House Wedding, La Jolla

It was a beautiful May afternoon in La Jolla at the Darlington House, and Lauren was beaming alongside her closest friends and family as she was getting ready to finally walk down the aisle to meet her groom, Michael. And in the next room over, Michael was no different. Throughout the entire evening, Michael doted on Lauren as they listened to sweet speeches and then danced the night away in celebration of their marriage.

And oh the Darlington House!! We have been looking forward to being able to photograph here, and it did not disappoint! So many beautiful details fill the historical home and creates the perfect backdrop for a wedding.

Wedding // David + Lindsey

One of the best parts of photographing weddings is when we get to be a part of old friends’ memories. Lindsey and I went to high school together, and it’s amazing to see how she found the absolute perfect match in a man in David. Their love for traveling, boating, and the Lord match perfectly. Wedding // Derek + Serah

We had the pleasure of traveling up the beautiful hills of Malibu for Derek + Serah’s sweet Calamigos Ranch Wedding. It was a perfect warm day and Serah and Derek just beamed with excitement as they prepped to see each other to say ‘I do’ for the rest of their lives. Calamigos is a beautiful venue, and the couple walked down the aisle with the big oak tree in the background and then danced the night away in the Oak Room. Congratulations you two, thank you for allowing us to join this beautiful day!

Jason + Bess // Engaged

Jason + Bess have spent the last almost 5 years of their relationship both near and far. Shortly after meeting, Jason left the country for a deployment, and the saying “absence makes the heart grow fonder” rings true. After going through a few more deployments, Jason asked Bess to spend the rest of her life with him on the beaches of Carlsbad last fall. And next year they will say ‘I do’ in their home state of Massachusetts. I couldn’t have been more honored to spend the afternoon with this sweet couple (and their pups- Bear and Monkey!) and wish you a lifetime of happiness together!! Congratulations!
